Q: What if I purchase a card, use it couple of times and decided that I no longer need it? Do I lose my money?
A: No! Our calling cards are not the cards you buy in stores, at gas stations or vending machines. If for any reason you want you money back, you call us and give us your phone card number. We will verify the balance, suspend the card and issue a full or partial refund. For example: You travel to Las Vegas and don't want to pay hotel telephone rates that can be up to $1 per minute. You purchase a $20 card from us. Use $9.50 and when you come back you realize you no longer need this card. You call and you will get your $10.50 back. If you originally paid with check or money order, we will issue a check or a money order and send it to you.

Q: Can I use your international prepaid calling cards from a different country than United States?
A: You can use these cards from USA, Canada and Moscow (Russia).

Q: Does the calling rates applies to calls made to cellular areas?
A: The rates are given for regular phones, for cellular phones the rates are different.

Q: Can I use your cheap international phone card for a multiple calls?
A: Yes, these cheap phone cards could be used for multiple calls.

Q: Can I use one and the same card for calls to two different countries and within USA?
A: Surely, you can! Cards are universal, they could be used for domestic or international long distance calls to any and all of available countries.

Q: Is the calling rate the same 24 hours a day?
A: : You bet! Unlike some cards that penalize you for calling at certain times, the phone calling cards that we sell are the same all day, every day!

Q: Are these cards rechargeable?
A: : Yes, you can recharge your calling card with your previous PIN, but the minimum is $60 to add to your calling card.

Q: Have your prepaid calling cards an expiration date?
A: Our pre-paid phone calling cards will expire in 9 months after purchase. If you keep adding $60 or more to your card, it stays in the systems as long as you use the card.

Q: Are there any additional charges on a pre-paid phone card?
A: There is Monthly fee - only $0.25 (it will be taken off after the first usage of a card) and $0.29 for connection. Don't be caught on advertisement with lowest rates. Connections charge may be up to $2 on card with low rates and there also may be a $2 hidden charge. Using our card you pay only 29 cents for one connection. That's why we recommend these cards primarily for people who make calls lasting more than 5 minutes. But if you make primarily short calls (2-5 minutes), you can visit   ANOTHER OUR SITE, look through CALLING RATES and ORDER a low rates phone card with no connection fee.

Q: Why are rates different from local access codes and from toll free number?
A: When you use toll free number to access your calling card, our company covers toll free charges. When you use local for New York or New Jersey phone numbers, we do not pay anything, so this saving we can apply to your final rate.

Q: I call overseas from my cell phone. What access code should I use to reduce my expenses?
A: We recommend local access number 1-212-404-1711 because you pay for cell phone air time anyway, but you get more minutes by using local access number.

Q: I live in California, how can I use local access in New York?
A: Many cell phones have free nights or weekends plan. So, you can use local access and save on every minute.
